*This example is taken from a TV series, however the episode is structured like a film I.E each episode is 1 hour and 30 minutes (roughly) long etc. It also has a clear examples of representation being shown (see Crime Drama Analysis Blog further down for more information). The opening sequence of episode 3 is also the basis of one of my primary ideas for our final project.
I think using Sherlock is fine (after all - the best group last year based their work partially on the opening of "Dexter". Make sure you work out a clear strategy for when you are going to look at these various sequences (and indeed that you have access to them).
